Welcome to Tax Buddy. By using this website and its services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational purpose only

Tax Buddy provides automated, educational estimates and general information about Indian income tax. It is not professional tax, legal, or financial advice and does not create a client relationship. Always verify with a qualified Chartered Accountant before filing or making financial decisions. We are not liable for actions taken based on the Service.

2. Accounts & fair use

The free tier allows a limited number of questions per month. You agree not to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to violate any law.

3. Subscriptions

Pro plans are billed via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD) on the cycle you select. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Accuracy

Tax rules change. While we update Tax Buddy for the current financial year, we make no warranty that any estimate is complete or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tax Buddy and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes
