Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Tax Buddy Pro. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. On cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period; it does not renew after that.

2. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but we review genuine issues (e.g. accidental renewal) case by case.

3. How to request

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay/Stripe.

4. Free tier

The free tier is, and remains, free — no payment, no refund needed.
